New Home for the Daytona Freeride: Grand Seas Resort

Actually, Im having the normal PWC zone moved in front of the Grand Seas the week of the ride (jan 13th-20th) so everyone will be in the same location, also to make it easier on riders who arrive early and one will have to drive back and forth.

Yup, seems like they're sold out now. What other places would you recommend? When I search I can see that Island One resorts, La Playa resorts, Daytona beach resorts and Motell 777 is close by. Anybody know about these places?

La playa is a pretty nice place. We stayed there one trip down

I went with the Daytona beach resorts. They have great feedback and I am staying for the entire week. I'll see you guys there!

I was up in the air for too long.....
Wasn't sure if I should get a room or just drive back and forth. I know myself better than that. Gonna have a few hundred beers...not gonna drive...lol.

That place is nice when we stayed. And just rolled into town stole some wifi and pricelined it for a good deal to.

Grand Seas has 170 rooms total and we have 165 of them rented out for the freeride. Only 4 rooms of people are there besides us. LaPlaya is filling up fast too... gonna be killer.

Took a ride down there today. Tried grand Seas just for fun...she almost laughed at me...lol.

Went to La Playa & got a room at a very reasonable rate.

Swung thru the zone and met a few riders on the way back. Then a few more riders, then more...not the best conditions, but made me wish I had dragged the ski down!
