new hull for my 750x2

blaster chamber

I used a stock exhaust manifold with the divider....opened it to match the factory head pipe...then removed the mount that supports the mid pipe...I had to slightly relieve(dent) the chamber where it rests against the manifold to make it fit....the stock hole in the hull for the pisser is very close to the exit...this hull I glassed it over and moved it up....then run the top screw out about 2 to3 turns..and the mid about 1 to 2 and the bottom closed...

Finally Done

It took awhile but.....it is complete...ready to hit the water....this installment it recieved a new seat cover and more turf and the sxr prop installed...Now I wait for spring

the four tubes run forward and are just open up by the gas tank...away from the carbs,,,I'll just have to see....I had the water dump in the same place on my old hood and it was never an issue...I'll post a pic when I'm home!!!

hood mod

here is what I did for air...I left the original side intakes open...if I have to I can plug them if water ingestion is a problem

hello mario. thank you. glad i was able to help you out.

thanks to keith, and his projects, i have been able to get a nice college fund for my kids, purchase more skis for my self, pay off my morgage, and invest millions in the stock market........

That X-2 looks good! Nice job, I started building my X-2 and wanted to know what did you do with the trim. Is the nozzle straight or is set up or down? Can you post any pics? I was thinking of running a sx nozzle will I need a wedge? I got alot of ski but new to the X-2 so I try to find the best mods.
Thanks
