Here is a quick pic. I was too cheap to use a b-pipe coupler so instead i used the flexible plastic from a diving fin

Had the same problem with my skis......Welded some material to cats trimring and filled the clearance trimring to steeringnozzle and to pumpnozze with putty. Works very well.
Can make some pics tomorow.

What trim ring is that? The stock raider trim ring isn't set back like that, could be your problem maybe?

Pics from my experimental trim. Next month make a mold from this and layup end of reductionnozzle in carbon with bigger inner diameter

It held up for almost a year. The pieces I cut weren't excactly the right shape so after some time they started tearing. It sucks because it was the best material to use and I can't find any more of it. I'm using the b-pipe coupler now, it's better than nothing but, if I could find that other material again I'd use it for sure

They are a dime a dozen. I probably have 30 pairs of fins, years ago my dad bought a dive school and we got all the equipment. Out of all those pairs there was only one out of that kind of material. Since then I have made at least 10 different sets of those seals out of different materials and they are either too soft, too stiff, too thick blah blah blah.
It's just a normal hose clamp
