Custom/Hybrid New lithium battery at advance auto

With all the failures of the anti grav batts out there being different between the guys who are selling them, it does leave one wondering how many people and running them down to nothing,storing them at low voltage and charging them with auto chargers. How many have failed due to leaks/cracks though

Bought one of these batteries today, anti gravity and ballistics are on back order till May 1st.
I think I got the #6 battery.

I noticed a loss in engine performance running this battery oddly enough. Ski felt like it ran a little flat, just didnt pull like it normally does.
In a pinch it works thou, will still be running a Anti Gravity once they aren't on back order

Bumping an old thread but figured this may be the best place to post this. Is Advanced Auto no longer selling these batteries? I looked online and couldn't find them on the site anymore.

They have discontinued selling them. They were 40.00 on clearance with a one year warranty for a short period of time before they stopped selling them.

At one point I recommended these. Wish I hadn’t. Every one I had failed. Absolute garbage. They stopped selling them for a reason

I purchased one of these mid last summer when it was on sale for about 40, and have been running it since. Ran it flat dead, twice, shortly after getting it and it somehow charged back up and still works fine, besides the built in charge indicator which quit right away. A friend purchased one shortly after, his took on water and is junk. Quality is (was) definitely hit and miss. I think I will give a wps one a try before giving up on lithium batteries.
