Yeah, if that ski was put away salty, then you can almost bet the pump liner is outta spec. Just a thought.

If you have a heat gun heat the pistons up enough that the pins slide out. I do this all the time and have never had a problem, even on old stubborn gudgeon pins. It saves the rods/bearings from damage when you're whaling on the pin with a socket extension and a mallet!
