I am looking at the Wamiltons Stubbie Pump Cone. Has anyone tried these before or anything similar to it? If so, how was it and was it worth the money?
Because if you're already setup properly, you may actually lose some efficiency, or end up with cavitation if you are pitched low and have a big nozzle.
It's another tuning tool, something to try.
Don't expect a huge improvement, but it's only $50 (Wet Wolf is cheaper I think and started making them first)
There are some numbers on the impeller that tell what size it is and some say what brand. Its easy to figure out the brand if you know the number codes. The numbers are on the hub.
