Freestyle New rok-r 1200

Jeff sets his 66e motor skis up 3 inch setback so the extra weight of the big motor isn't all in the nose .... I will just get another hull and build another and sell this rtr.... I'm not really into total loss either being that I have to restart all the time it dies to fast .....

Total loss will turn you into Matt_E's avatar. Ask me how I know.

How many restarts are you talking? I am running T/L and I can't ride for shyt. I have never had my battery fail me within a day though. :dunno:

Ya,hows the ski running? How does it handle compared to other skis youve rode. Im so close to buying one of these and building this winter? My 1200 is hitting hard right now. Hows it holding up? Thanks

Ya, glass one not carbon, jeff used to use a core material when building carbon skiis that didnt hold up. I dont think Jeff uses that honeycomb core anymore, at least I hope not, that was 5 years ago when superamjets rev broke apart on first ride. Ive always gotten glass built skiis from jeff and have had no issues, they hold up really well. So if it rides like it looks like it might, ya, ill buy one. But Im a little tired of being the first one with one of his new skiis, I will wait until I hear how they operate this time before buying. Deal is, is that theres some many builders out there now, didnt used to be that way, I think thats really cool and great for the sport.

Now, as we discussed yesterday. DO NOT let that ski intimidate you! Respect it and the fact that it CAN put you in the ER, but do NOT sell it. You will kick yourself right sqaure in the azz later on if you do.
