For every extra template, that's another place I have to make changes when I do something, so to have 2 templates is double the work of 1.

I personally liked the change and am never scared of them. You run the site your way, we can adapt.

I'm working on the new theme privately, some of the buttons were missing anyway since it was designed for a previous version of vbulletin.

Expect to live in technicolor one of these days, until then enjoy your hum drum lives.
