New Throw Down Challenge

Ok here's the deal. Many freerides have contests and we all know our Mafia own the re-entry. Here's the deal

You bring 3 of your best riders of your crew. I don't care if you choose surf style or big air

Here's the challenge. 3 riders get 10 min combined of ride time(cleared water only 3 riders out) to do whatever your crew is known for. Ride your a$$es off. After a crowd judges your crew wins first round drinks on ME!!

Judging for this will be done by spectators who will write the name of their favorite on a card into a box. We will tally up

I think this will be a lot of fun, 10 minutes is a long run though, especially for people trying to keep track of all the riders. If you have 3-4 groups, that will require everyone's attention for 30 min plus... thoughts?

I agree, maybe cut it down to 5 minutes max.

5 mins per group or 5 waves per rider maybe? Its your event haha! I am not familiar with the surf conditions up there, but I have heard that there are periodic sets coming and going? is that true? Either way, 5 mins or 5 set could probably give the crowd a good showing of each groups talent.

5 waves per guy took a while last year. But everyone was picky with the wave choice.

I say 5 minutes per group and ride as hard as you can.

Just mark out a spot in the center ride area for the contest, like X number of feet or whatever, and leave the side areas open to anyone else that wants to keep riding.

The problem with that is most people cannot comprehend the idea of a boundary. But ill consoder
