So got a new toy to go along with my fx1 93 blaster besides the fading it looks like it's only have four tanks of gas through it! Anyway I hate that I need to ask this but how in the hell do you get on the dahm thing and advice for big boy on how to get back on it deep water!?

A lower and shorten the seat will make it a lot easier, either in side mount or boarding from the rear.

^^ this. Get a better seat. When I was leaning I used to board from the rear in the deep water

Yes, just remove your seat cover and shave the foam down and sand to your liking. It's not just you, Blasters are a PITA to board in deep water, especially with 2 people! I've seen people mount those fold down swim steps on B1's. You could find a used setup on Ebay for about $50

701 makes one or hit up Driven Fabrications (search blaster section) to mod up yours.

You're going to need to chop a lot off to make it any easier for you. Also get a longer lanyard so you can board from the back and it stays connected. Also make sure the ski idles well so you can start in the water and as soon as you can reach the the bars mash the gas to make the ski stable.

Also get an electric bilge pump so you don't sink it if you are struggling to mount it.
