New to me 93 square nose

Just bought a 93’ superjet, the ski is in pretty good shape but just not how I would like it. So far I’ve thrown on some odi grips, new blowsion metal battery tray with new straps, bow mount tow loop, and a new hood seal. Still working on getting the old oem hood seal removed with a 3m wheel on the drill but now I’m looking at getting a bilge. I’ve searched on here for a thread on installing it but didn’t find much. So it’s looking like I’ll need to remove the exhaust and the coupler cover, epoxy the screen to the bottom of the hole and then drill a hole and install a fitting for the discharge out the side of the ski? Doesn’t look like the motor has to come out but I’m not 100%, this is my first stand up, I’ve only rode moto before this so sorry if this sounds dumb ‍♂‍♂️

You should be able to get it in there without removing much besides the coupler cover. Just make sure you sand the spot where the screen will be epoxied with 60 grit and then clean with acetone before you epoxy it down.
