you can get o rings from McMasterCarr.com
the extra tapped hole on the top is for a second output. as far as the gasket goes im not 100% sure. i had a pro-tec head just like that and i believe it actually came with a tube of black automotive silicone. i really can remember though its been a while. i dont think the holes for cooling in the head gasket actually lined up.

Looks like you have grooves for orings and since your head has 35cc domes that makes sense, you wont use a head gasket. Just get the orings and use a good sealant on the head and you should be alright for pump gas.

Call up R&D and ask them for the dash number number needed. From the looks of it I'd bet it takes a -153 but find out from them for sure. From there you can look it up on mcmaster and find one in that size made out of viton. It will be way cheaper than getting them from R&D. Post back up here with the size and save the next the trouble...

you can measure the outside diameter of the o ring groove and the width to get you size for the o ring. the groove is usually a little wider than the actual o ring. so if its a .075 wide groove the o riong would be like .062.

No problem bud. You will find you'll like those oring heads better than ones with oem gasket. You can pop your head off for piston wash or whatever reason and reseal it, no replacing gaskets as long as your orings are in good shape. My westcoast heads I have to use oem gasket but have way smaller domes like 29cc to make up for the gasket thickness. Are your domes replaceable?

I have an older version of that same head. It does not have interchangeable domes. It goes good for me. No need to use a head gasket with that, just use the O-rings and I seal mine with 1211. You can get O-rings direct from R & D for around $8 bucks a set (http://www.rd-performance.com/) or like mentioned, cheaper at McMaster Carr. I never could measure mine correctly (all I have is a tape mesure?) so I've never been able to get them at McMaster Carr

I have the same R&D head. 35cc's. I Love it. Put it right at 185psi. The domes are built in to the head they are not changeable. I took mine to a local shop here where I live an had them match up the O-rings. Cost me 2.00 a piece for Viton o rings. Not bad in my opinion, and no shipping charges either. Oops likes like 227 beat me to it on the dome thing
