Hey everybody first post on here I joined because there seems to be a huge wealth of information and knowledgeable people on this forum. SO as you can see from the username im a huge fan of 2 strokes I have spent my whole life working on 2 and 4 stroke (2 strokes are the superior machine) dirtbikes quads streetbikes everything except watercraft pretty much. About a year ago I did a build on a banshee engine for a guy and he couldnt afford to pay me for it so instead he gave me a mint and I mean MINT 87 js440 and a not mint but perfectly well running X2. At the time I was really into desert riding and didnt have any interest in them so I traded the JS for a rifle and when I recently moved from the west coast to the east coast I gave the X2 away to a friend of mine (yea I know go ahead and call me an idiot lol). Now that im on the east coast theres no desert and im not really interested in riding much anything else. For some reason now I really want to try out jet skis they look extremely fun and a good substitute for dirtbikes. So im really not happy about my previous decision to get rid of the skis I had but oh well. Havent ever been on a stand up before but im hoping years of dirtbike riding will at least help a little (balance, body language). Anyways im looking for probly another JS440 or 550 because there cheap and I believe a good learner ski, problem is it seems like its a lot bigger on the west coast then out here I cant find any jet skis for sale out here anywhere and when I say jet ski everyone out here assumes a sit down. Anyways sorry for the long post and thanks in advance for any information.
