New toy

Well picked up a new toy yesterday!!

It is an 04 blaster frame with an 06 cr125 motor on it. Needs new rear tires and a kick start but it rips!!

we added another one that the guy gave us on the rear swing arm to haha my dad had just gotten them all filled so we could go to the lake today.

i have never been on a blaster, is it faster with the 125 motor than with the stock 200? i am thinking it is.

not sure...my friend picked up a bone stock blaster and we ride together so we will see whos faster. The 125 definitely has more top end but I think the blaster will have more torque.

Havent had a chance to ride the quad other than the test ride and it was raining and I had no rear tread lol talk about sketchy!!!

the CR 125 motor has the electronic powervalves so it will probably be a good race and i think you will kill a stock blaster. let us know how it goes.

With some 18" rear holeshot tires I bet that thing would rip.

I planned on picking some holeshots up but I was looking at 20's because I plow through the gears as it is.

I bought a Honda 300EX back in 95. I use to have a set of tires close to the tread of these I picked up with rims for 50 bucks.
The 300 was just about the top sport quad back then for honda. These tires were so much fun on the track. 20X10X10.
The 300 stock is only 17 hp and with that tire busting loose on the corners it was awesome. It wasnt the same tread as the one pictured.
