Custom/Hybrid new trim systems?

Looks like rrp and jetworks have new systems out, anyone have any opinions on these.most angle least blow by on turns. Ive got the thrust and xmetal and kinda like the extra throw of the xmetal, but even dialing out steering I still have the bpipe coupler blow through once in a while, been experimenting on bolt in plastic tabs over top the coupler tabs that seem to work better with extra steering dialed in.
The big knar motors and shorter hulls dont need the extra degree, but smaller motors in longer hulls seem beneficent from more angle and steering, anyone tried these other kits?

I like short hulls more steering but if u make the tabs long enough it won't blow out

I had the bpipe tabs really long at one point, more than half way into the 62t reduction nozzle,I had to dial out alot of steering to get them to stay in there.I grinded out the edges of the internal steering nozzle to clearance for them,to loosen up the feel of the steering, this is where the challenge is. They were so long and tight in there,I cant believe that they would still blow backwards on full turn full throttle 360s. pressure is huge. Not many have had success with adding extra steering and using bpipe tabs. While it is amazing how much more steering that mod gives you even with less steering throw.Im experimenting with the plastic tabs over the coupler on the inside of trim ring to be able to add full steering throw, and make a full lengh hull rotate faster in the air.they still sit further in than inside edge of reduction nozzle.

I know this may sound wierd but are you using vaseline?

i prefer ky lol but the ski seemed to like vaseline, lasted longer than marine green grease. but still felt tight, grinding out the inside of turn nozzle helped alot but was prolly the cause of the tabs blowing backwards once in a while, hopefully these plastic tabs work well at extended steering settings.

this was a pre production rrp hiro setup trim..http://www.x-h2o.com/index.php?thre...ring-trim-system-and-reduction-nozzle.155596/
wont work on my sf hull and alot of other a/m longer skis where the pump doesnt stick out the back a mile.

looks like the jetworks someone was talking about is a rrp production model, looks like they are using a fx140 steering nozzle and possibly the trim ring? looks like a billet pull arm, surprised they didnt make it pull from a lower angle like the xmetal and thrust to be able to fit on more longer skis as well?

friend got one from jetworks, the bracket that holds the trim cable sat to high to run on some a/m hulls, the pull point on the trim ring is pretty high also. nice looking tight system though

yes it would not fit on my krash predator the bracket that holdsthe cable hit top of hull not enough clearance to grind either had to send back also the cable would have been all twisted to get in place ! i was disapointed it did not fit,it was a nice looking and well made product! it is all aluminum and ss

so u tell us u are breaking stuff but u know its not from normal use! what do u want to here ? then fabricate a steal one slappy!probleme solved! or go deeper so it wont happen thats what we all do! or buy yourself more nozzles! thats not thrust fault!

We have the new RRP trim systems in 144-148 and 155-160mm sizes in stock. They look like nice systems with custom reduction and steering nozzles included. We have not got to try them yet.
