Help! I 'm having problems getting the wwobble out of my new Xmetal steering!. I installed it last night, nice and tight, and then two seconds on the throttle and it's all wobbly, so I went back to the launch tightened it up and went back out , only to have the same problem with loosening up just enough to wobble again. After getting home and removing the whole thing it looks like the center bushing is a little to long and is bottoming out on the aluminum nut on the bottom. Anyone else??

So these systems don't just bolt up ?? You have to file it down or make a brass bushing .:dunno::dunno:My WDK bolted right on .:dunno::dunno:

It looks like on a stock RN pole there may be a slight mod needed. I put the center bushing in my belt sander and shortened it about an 1/8" so the nut doesn't bottom out. I will post my results after today's ride

bushing worked fine in my SN AC pole:bananajump:
going to try the -2 as the -3.25 seems to hurt my back
and I am stooping too much with it
Love the quickness, though!

Steering was great today! Problem solved:bananapowerslide: Small mod to the inner bushing did the trick
Too bad that there fancy steering couldn't keep you clear of getting getting stuck high and dry on that fast moving sandbar>>>>>>>>>>>>>>:banghead::banghead::banghead:
