It'll be costly to ship it to the states then ship it back...
No surf in my area. I would have to travel to the southern coast and the surf conditions there are irregular.
My riding conditions look like this 90% of the time.

with the limited mods you have throwing a MAG, or a larger pump on will make very little noticeable difference (imo) until you release the potentail of the motor
i will make the assumpttion that you at least have ugraded your intake grate and prop and your not running stock prop/intake grate - as that would be the first area to address
as mcdog said - best bang for your buck total loss as your next step
if your budget is less - get an ATP HX3/Epic, based on price points of an epic to the MSD enhancer and the noticeable gains you will have over the enhancer - get the HX3, you dont need to lighten the flywheel - again a modification you will not really notice
there are certain mods thats people throw around here, where, yes they make a difference, but you need to do many things to see that difference
yes the HX3 is a little more than the enhancer, but its worth it
