Other Nice deal on a beach cart

I saw this pop up on Craigslist Saturday night and called the guy Sunday morning. Said he used to race years ago and this was the only thing he still had left. Does anyone know what brand this is?
He said he had ordered it from a catalog (Hot Products?)
The tires are shot, but seem to be standard tractor tire size.
The nuts holding them to the axles are rusted pretty good. I gave them a good soaking with PB Blaster.
The cart is relatively light, the bunks are rubber coated, and it has hitch plus winch. Once the tires are taken care of, this should be a perfect beach cart.
I paid $50.

Skinnyman had a cart like that for a long time until it broke. I think he had it welded back up and is still using it.

X2, Shonuff nailed it. The frame uses thick-walled aluminum. It's pretty solid. You are probably referring to the poor fit of the middle piece.

I can't imagine the aluminum tubing wearing out that much. I might try to come up with something to fix that.
First, I need new tires though. They're just tractor/atv tires. 18x9.50
Unfortunately, those cost $50/piece minimum.
