I personally don't know Butch but man this is liek the 18th billion time he has done this. I am glad he doesn't sell Kawie parts or I might have ended up in the same boat.

I bought a TBM pump cone from Butch that was poorly packaged and arrived broken. He called UPS, filed a claim, and got it taken care of.

I hope you get your pipe and I hope Butch takes a break from selling stuff.
