I never said you werent right for being pissed. The way it was worded last night and the way I read it was that you made the claim after you got the part. That was the only reason I made the posts I did. I know now that wasnt how it happened and I apologized already.

nikad58- I'm wondering what kind of balls you have to hold another persons cash waiting for another person to resolve a separate issue with you. Fine, its all taken care of now but this thread is 12 pages long because you still don't have a clue how to do business over the internet. You had to hold that over this kids head in order to release yourself from any harm from paypal. Dude your the lowest of lows and I'll be sure to stay far away from anything thing you have forsale or need. Your not trustworthy or worth any extra effort to just get what was paid for.

Butch had his PayPal locked I am assuming so he couldn't refund any other money.

When someone makes a claim for say $500 on your account than your account is not able to refund money unless you have money in your bank account to cover it .
your account is not locked but if you have no other money in your account than essentially it does the same thing as locking it .
When a complaint is lodged Paypal immediately put's a hold on said funds (in this case it's $500) usually rendering most peoples accounts useless .
I actually had the pleasure of being at Fox's house when the UPS man arrived with the "IED" looking package. Thanks NIKAD....I haven't laughed like that in a long time.

I picked up my cylinders today, looked good, and packed well. Thanks for shipping USPS. UPS always charges too much for brokerage fees, 99% of my usps shipments cost me nothing extra. Can't wait to give these a light hone and start putting my 701 together.:Banane19:

I've got to say...
I've had dealings with Butch in the past, and they went really well, yet my latest transaction didn't go so smooth. Although I do get annoyed and wonder where my stuff was, I also understand that people do get slack, me included. Sure, it took me nearly 6 months to get my money back from a failed sale, but I do truly believe that Butch is a good guy. Yeah, he's been going thorough some rough times, and his priorities may have changed a little, but I do think he'll come through in the end.
I know what you're saying..."He has my money, and I have no parts!", but give the guy the benefit of the doubt. A lot of people on the X know him personally, and I don't think they would be talking him up if he was a POS.
Give the guy a go, and be patient...you'll get your gear.
As far as the packaging goes on the pipe...If I had someone riding my ass (my own fault or not!) I'd get it out to them asap. Sure, it wasn't packed right, but at the end of the day, it turned up just fine. If it had been damaged, I'm sure Butch would have made things right (eventually!)
