No power when I press Start button

Well the notorious problem ski strikes again.. Motor got broken in this weekend and it was running great until all of a sudden I loaded up the pump, came out the water pump unloaded and it died on me. Now I get absolutely nothing when I hit the start button can’t even feel the starter relay clicking in the box. Any ideas before I aimlessly take this thing apart and test everything? Ground is good, starter cable is tight,13v in the battery, new starter relay, MSD enhancer. Start stop switch?

Disconnect start connector at Ebox and short it with a piece of wire. If it turns over, start stop switch is likely bad.

Sounds to me like your battery imploded. I had that exact thing happen lol. It had enough to keep my bilge running but couldn't make the solenoid click. 3rd ride out on a Walmart Neverstart battery lol. If you're totally sure your battery is good, try putting through a load test to be certain. If it passes, then I would start with testing the big leads from the battery to the ebox, to the starter and back to the battery. If you get any resistance at all that cable needs to be replaced.

At first jumping the two wires together still didnt do it then I unplugged the bullet connector from the starter relay jumped it to the battery (+) and it turned over. Hooked the start stop switch back up and it turned over. I think my culprit is someone’s poor connection they spliced in because at first it wouldn’t turn over from the red to brown, fiddled with it and bam now it does. So it looks like I need to do some soldering. Also could be a weak connection between the bullet connectors I’m not 100% certain
