jumped the starter solenoid. spun the motor over with no spark. that's all the time i've spent on it. any idea's?

Doesn't Crank over at all?

Start switch faulty or solenoid on fire wall. Check the connections for corrosion on the starter relay on the firewall and at the battery.

battery cables are fine, it doesn't have spark when i jump the solenoid. the start switch doesn't control spark....

haven't open my ebox yet. does the polaris have fuses in them?

Well sounds like your going to have to check out a number of things. One you can try is disconnecting stop switch

Follow from handlepole along side of ski to ebox. It is a two wire single connection. If you disconnect and your machine starts, it may have been the culprit, beware your ski will not turn off.

You can let it idle down and dye, most octanes don't idle very long before cutting out, or worst case pull the spark plug wires.

Unlike yamahas octane will crank over without the tether attached, just get no spark.

well there is a little reset button on the box. i hit it for the heck of it. everything worked after that. is there a circuit breaker built into the box? everything seems fine now.

The reset button is part of the circuit breaker. If it continues to trip you will need to look for an electrical short. If you can't find a short then replace the breaker. They do sometimes get weak.
