Blaster No spark on 93 waveblaster

I just bought a 93 waveblaster knowing it had no spark. I need some help and opinions to help me get it going. Compression is 170/170. The previous owner replaced the coil with one off of eBay. I checked the kill switch with the Ohm meter first and it was good. Checked the stator according to service manual and it was within correct resistance range.

Last, I checked the coil. I removed both screws, unplugged the orange and black wire to where I had the coil completely separate from the ski. The primary coil resistance was 0.4 and the service manual called for 0.078-0.106 so I am thinking that is pretty far off. The secondary coil (spark plug end caps) was 31.3 and the manual calls for 3.5-4.7. The numbers are way off from what they should be. Now, the PO used the old spark plug cap ends on the new coil. I didn't check to see if they were installed correct and secured good but now that I think of it, I will check in the morning. Aside from that, the primary coil readings were still pretty far off.

From this, do you think that the issue of no spark is coming from the coil? Is there anything else I should check before replacing this coil? What kind and where can I get a new coil that I know will be the correct resistance range?
