No spark

Ran my ski last weekend and it ran great. It sat in the garage seven days and when I went to start it I had no spark. Engine turns over but no fire. Any thoughts. How do I check the stator? Ski is a 95 SXI.

Google "Kawasaki 750sx stator test" and the first link should be a pwc today link- there's some insight on that thread. I had my motor do the same thing this summer. Rode it Friday night, went to ride it Saturday and just turned over no spark. Tried everything electrical and it was the stator.

probably the stator, i replaced mine for the same issue. $300+ oem

By pass the start stop switch

I would check the start stop switch first the the stator
