Why the front disc and the rear V brake...? I know the V brake is a lil lighter but common we are talking ounces here......?

The disk will bend..they use hydrolic rim brakes.. they have more grabbing power but less modulation...good for trials not good for much else

if u ever see a 20" mod trials bike they run front and rear hydro rims...
