I love the front exhaust only setup, smoke is not an issue with my outlet placement. Go for it!!!

Why do people get so upset over a little noise? Must be getting old. Also, if you run Klotz you will love the smoke smell.. mmmmmmm Klotz.
OK, now that i'm back home and i got all my parts in, I'm gonna keep working on it until it's finished. Water test it and i should be good to go. I'm off work til the 15th so i got plenty of time.:Banane35:

you might have broken the baffle out in the waterbox. you really can't hear it much with the rear exhaust but might be able to a lot with the front.
Water tested today, I'm ready for Daytona.
The noise isn't even a factor. The exit is still smaller in diameter than stock. Between this mod and the new water injection solinoid this thing rips and pulls more gradualy than before. More controlable it seems, i'll do more tuning this week. Went leaner on the low and high speed screws.
