After being up in the air for the past several months, OCD Solutions has officially made the move from Charleston SC to Pooler GA (outskirts of Savannah).

The workshop is back up and running in an interim location in Pooler, GA and I have been spending my days catching up on orders and building new inventory. The last several months have been very stressful and very busy and have left me wiped out of almost all inventory, material, initiative and not at a good time either.

There have been a few bumps in the road and more than a few people I just never got back to about orders and I do apologize. Things were and still are pretty hectic and will be for the month or two as we get set to move into our new home but at least now I have all my facilities here in Georgia and not 2 hrs away in Charleston.

I placed several material orders last week and I am busy this week turning it into product. I completed a run of CPI bar mount switches yesterday and am halfway through a run of Surf Armor toggles that should be complete and ready to ship by Friday.

Harnesses are limited to what I currently have in stock since I completely wiped out my grommet stockpile making battery cables and rebuilding coils for Jetmaniac. I should be able to start batching new grommets as early as next week so new harnesses should be back in stock within the next two weeks.

Thanks to everyone for their support and understanding during this transitional time. If you need anything, don't hesitate to send me a PM or email at ocdsolutions88@gmail.com and I will be sure to take whatever steps necessary to get you on the water for a trouble free season of riding.

I have red and blue grommets if you're feeling frisky!

Been working hard on the new OCD garage. It took me over a week in the new house to get the wife far enough along that I could finally start on my stuff. I still have all my tools and OCD stuff in a storage unit about a mile from the house.

Prepped and painted the floor with rustoleum epoxy last week

Had to fly to Mississippi for a service call on saturday but I still managed to get my shelves and bench built.

I had an extra gallon of the epoxy paint left over so I decided to give the bench some love. Hopefully will get the shelves done tomorrow so everything is hardened and ready for me to start unpacking and setting up by Thursday or friday. I have to be out of the storage unit by May 8th so the clock is ticking fast. Not to mention that I am behind on inventory for OCD products. :)

I finished painting the shelves today and even had enough epoxy left over to give the bench another heavy coat. It now has an almost plastic feel to it and the epoxy is some tough stuff. The bench surface gets covered in a 3/4" sheet of UHMWU anyways but it won't hurt to have a good protective layer underneath.

We have 6 sets of oak cabinets that will be going up tomorrow to finish off the garage. 2 go over my bench and the wife gets 4 on her side of the garage.

I produce the blank grommets I use in my harnesses. As far as I know, they are not available anywhere so I had to learn how to make molds and cast my own. It was an expensive endeavor for what they are but so far it has been well worth the investment.
