Did ocean pro make a ride plate for the SJ? round nose? I had one of those clamshell plates for my old school 750sx and the thing handled like it was on rails. just wondering if they made one for the sj?

Yes, they did.
Technically they were for the Square Nose (6 mounting holes). They will bolt straight onto a Round Nose, leaving 2 mounting holes unutilized.
