You guys will be fine. Stay way NORTH of the Marine Recreation Beach Area or your risking a ticket. I'm working tomorrow but will ride Thursday, Friday, Saturday if you guys are around.

Yes, you can ride any time. The only reasons we ride so early is due to the Harbor Patrol starting their shifts at 8am (less chance for a ticket), and the surf is much better with low wind.
