If you get no help/response here from somebody with actual experience on this setup, I would take a look at the carb tuning database in the FAQ section and find a setup with dual 46s on a 701/760. The engines are not the same BUT if you can assume the carbs are the same, the displacement is close and the exhaust is the same, it should be decent starting point for your setup.
 
Yeah, probably want to find some Yamaha stock 46 jetting with a b pipe and go from there. I have run 46 and 48 Novis on mine, but those jets will be drastically different than what you need.

FWIW I have a set of 46SBNs that were in a Riva race Blaster (stroker?), just pulled the plates and found:

2.5NS 115 gram spring
120 Pilot
110 Main

After a bit of digging I found some posts from Supertune and Waxhead that mentioned a baseline very similar, I will be starting here on my 718 Protec motor.
