Oem 144 vs. oem 155

Great read and info guys! I'm helping put a OEM 155 in a havoc ski now and didn't know of these differences. Saved us some headaches, thanks!

This is how I'm getting around the non threaded wear ring. Just some stainless threaded inserts that press in and work with 144 pump bolts

I have an OE 155 pump from a Venture 1100 if anyone wants/needs one. $175 complete. Bearings feel loose, should be rebuilt.

Yup I made them. Basically a reverse flat head cap screw out of stainless that gets pressed in

I knew someone would have a crazy low pitch they were trying out. It can't stay secret forever lol. I have heard that when comparing an impros prop to a skat of the same pitch, that they would still vary slightly. What engine setup is being run with this pump setup? @jonolove

Good thread cookn, will help me with building and installing my 155 in a superjet. I'll have to hit you up for those wear ring inserts.

Keep us updated on how the install goes aswell as how your prop/nozzle combination performs.

Oh yeah. Lol. Thx. I can't believe that low of a pitch works with that big of a motor. I run a taller pitch with my 771.

Yeah i think its just the riding you do. If you dont have to ride far and can play around 50 feet out thats all you need i guess.

Ski will still do at least 45mph just a estimate though
