OEM airbox access fittings

Is there any aftermarket or modification for the oem flat tops to make them like the style pictured? I browsed around mcmaster-carr a bit but didn't see anything. TIA

Drill a small hole and just thread a plastic scre in. Or put a piece of tape over it. Or even just leave it wide open. No amount of water that matters will get through a hole large enough for a fog or primer tube to fit in. No sense making it super complicated.

I always fog a rag and hold it by the air cleaner when I'm priming anything with a engine.
