Oh yea one more question...is anyone that is making hulls doing the legwork to get them titled before sale? So that I can just transfer the title to Ohio.
I never want to see another fat pig waddle up my driveway with his attitude and accuse me of being a thief. The last time it resulted in him getting told to get his giant fatass out of my driveway while I went over his head and behind his back to get titled. I don't want to deal with them again.

Oh only hulls I know that come with vina and everything are hurricanes but only when bought rtr.

I believe if you want a title your gonna have to buy rtr.

It's not too hard to get them titled. Just be sure to get a receipt from the hull builder and take pics while youre building it. Keeping the VIN tag on the motor helps too.

I found. That the rok would not carve. Kept sliding out or wanted to be turned flat. Just my opinion
With my experience. You had to really weight the rear and ride aggressive In turns. Dragging rails and a elbow sometimes. Also does better without a top loader.

I rode Trickys. You know it was setup right. Did not like to turn. If you have to work the hull to make it turn. Like weighting the opposite side of he turn. Than it just does not carve. Your having to force it. This is why I loved the SXR. Turning was effortless. The 08 SJ takes a lot of effort to turn. But it turns great. But the effort is different. Not having to offset the balance. But in the fact that you just have to ride aggressive for the hull to really come alive. I associate this with it being so much lighter than the SXR.

I rode a 08 superjet for a few years and now on a carbon ROK. I loved how my superjet railed turns, it was super easy to hang off the side and drag yourself in the water. Yeah the ROK is a little more difficult than my SJ to get it to lay into the turn and when im there I feel like im going to lose it and fall to the water so I compensate with steering. However my ride time on it is short, so I may just be trying to ride it like my superjet. Once you get the nose down, high speed stability is as good as my old superjet, but it does like to ride on the left or right chines so it's a bit to get used to.

I really like mine! Does everything I want it to! Only thing I would change is I'd prefer to have a straight kick in foothold (like freaks or KDX) rather than the pigeon toe.

I like my q8 as well! They seem to be great all around skis, and used ones go for pretty cheap. I dont find the footholds a big problem but some people complain about them.

Just to clarify: I am not complaining, just being picky I guess. I like the footholds just fine, but that would be the only thing I would change.

Oh I am not talking about your post in particular. When some people ride it they say they don't like the footholds.
