OH, my poor hammy

Did this the first game of a coed softball league Sherry and I joined. It is already getting better, but hurts worst than my last few jet ski related injuries.

I had a good hit. Ran to first base, the base coach said run, run run. I looked up and saw that the guy didn't even have it in his hands yet, so I said to myself "I can make it home". Well, I only made it to second base. Hammy locked up. I am the pitcher so I still finished out the game and ended up with 4 runs (by a courtesy runner) and 7 outs. This was the first game of the season. It will end up being a long season for me.
Thank god the waves suck.

We joined the coed league so we can stay in shape and the kids could have fun at the park. So far I pulled my hammy, Sherry has consummed countless beers at the field, and we go out to eat after that. Definitely hasn't worked out as planned and we are only 3 games into the season.
