This is SICK! I love innovation. However, IMO he should have put the engine in an SXR where it can compete directly with the Hydrospaces on a Bouy course. Four Stroke engines are pretty much worthless in a Freeride ski.

Good find! I'm all for innovation. And hopefully efforts like this will get us closer to having a useable 4 stroke for us. Look forward to seeing more of this ski. Hopefully in the water soon. Brraapp!

i got to see this ski up close and personal in brazil. it is very cool and very jam packed. it has cable less throttle and wireless SS switch. all it has a screen in the chinpad that tells you RPM, speed, and i think fuel. it sounds so frekin bad ass in person. i wanted to ride it in the surf but they told me i could ride it at the Lenzi show that night. while doing the show i was too excited to remember that ski and another guy was riding it around anyways. the show was over and that ski still wasnt back at the dock. i asked tchello if they left early or what and he said that the ski had sunk during the show. it had no foam and they could not locate it in the canal!
they strung a net across the river and they retrieved it at 4AM.... frekin crazy. it sank because they bolt the topdeck onto the bottom deck and used nothing to seal the gaps, no foam, no bilge, and no scupper. i think they learned something that day.
im pretty sure that was its first water test and before it sank it was really hauling ass and sounded so mean!
the reason he built this ski is i guess all of the parts are readily available in brazil. that the whole plus. parts are hard to get in brazil and it gets expensive so he wanted to build a badass ski with things they can get.
