In case anyone's interested... we're posting the televised (from ESPN) vids from back in the day on to YouTube. Starting with 1996 Jet Sports Tour. Already up is Dallas (stop #3), and we'll try to get a few motos up each week. (Lots of VHS tapes to go through, ya know).

I have tons of tapes and footage from earlier years when standups ruled the race scene. Wish I knew how to convert my old vhs tapes to digital.

Its actually pretty easy, I use a pinnacle studio. They have a connector that allows you to hook up a VCR to your computer to capture the tape. I am currently doing the, 91 Hot Water Tour, I should get it up on youtube in a week or so.

found a pinnacle studio 12 ultimate download. Now I have to find where to buy the cable alone. Any ideas?

Use pinnacle 9 bone stock! It is easier and a smaller faster program. Pinnacle makes a video card with RCA jacks in the back. It's how I get all my video into the computer.

That wasn’t meant as a bash, I don’t hate couches, Like you said they just aren’t my thing. I was just informing a fellow rider with a post count of 1 who the crowd is on the X (hoping his next post will be pro ski instead of runabout). Speaking of Tommy Bonnacci, do you mean LiveFunner is Tommy? If so, small world, I just got back from a ride in Blythe, CA with a bunch of racer guys and Tommy was there, I meet him briefly, nice guy.

I wouldn't consider sport class a bunch of couches. I ride X2's and they are not the traditional couch.

Plus TONS of people on here have Blasters too!
