Just wanted to share a home made job that I did that was very easy to do after seeing a few other ski carriers and loaders. I'm sure it's been done. I took one side of an extended atv ramp, flipped it over, drilled holes in the sides every few rungs, and installed some rollerblade wheels on both sides. Works out great for me to load an unload myself at the beach. I need to trim a little bit on the crossbars at either end, and it will be perfect. Winch strap reaches the ski when its sitting at the base of the ramp which makes it easy to load. Drilled two holes at the top flat piece that sits on the bunks, as well as through the bunks. Install two push pins to keep it in place while loading an unloading. You can still use it as an atv ramp when you flip it back over.
