Hopefully, someone will find this as humorous as I did.
Yesterday, I was wrenching on my old 550. I dropped a washer down in the engine compartment - not the first time. I had both arms wedged under the exhaust trying to use my finger tips to pick up the washer without shoving it further under the motor.
As I was cramming my arms farther and farther under, just when I was about to snag the washer, one of the legs on my PVC stand gave way.
The ski went crashing to the garage floor with me still lodged inside it. My face slammed against the exhaust manifold as it hit the concrete. Both my arms were still wedged inside.
I thought for sure that I broke my arms. Both elbows are black and blue and my swollen forearms look like Popeye's.
I think I need to invest in decent stand, don't ya think?
