I'm sorry... it's not only a waste of time, but money too...

He has ****ing dual 38's.... Let me say that again dual 38 mm carbs (ya know the stock ones on a sj :27: :27: :27: :27: :27: :27:

Whith that known....
You are going to recomend him to buy a single carb??? WTF is wrong w/ you... super ****ing duper, you run a sinlge carb.. BFD. That is a waste of time for him to put a ****ing single carb on that ski and expect some drastic results... you wanna argue still????

woah, calm down dude. smoke a J. youre the only one arguing here. the rest of us are discussing. i didnt recommend him buy anything. now youre saying its a waste of money but before you said it was "cheaper". maybe you shouldnt smoke a J.

AND HE SAID HE IS MACHANICLY INCLINED

with regards the single vs dual, i am not very mechanically minded unfortunatley. but might just take it for now over the stock set up, and then revert to dual carbs when finances allow me too bring some puppies in.

ok, I can get these goodies at a really god price from a friend who has brought it in to the country but decided on a different set up, its going on a 05 superjet (comes w/ dual 38mm carbs) and will be used primarily for flatwater freestyle. (this means he could purchase for upgrade these particular items below)

- 44mm single carb "freestyle" kit
- 44mm flame arrestor (the items in question)

- rick roy footholds / and hydro turf kit
- Wamiltons carbon fibre freestyle rideplate

- umi pole -2" 0deg bars with full Umi steering and lowered bracket etc.
- cdi advent
- factory pipe type 9 with UMI Head (with interchangeable domes) and a head / pipe link up modification.
- Vforce carbon reeds

I already have a skat track freeride swirl impellar / RnD intake grate.

as said this would be at very good money, a friend might take his type9 pipe and head (as his jet is for racing only) and then i will take his factory b pipe at a good price) i will then have my stock head milled and port matching done for now.

Will my stock chinpad fit on the UMI Pole ? as i have had a very cool jettrim cover done recently ?

well ? any ideas , thoughts ?

Yamaslut wil this be enough power to barell roll ?:hail: lol only kidding :cheer:

buying a single carb would be a waste of your time superman...

what we prefer on our own setups is N/A bro... he wanted advice on HIS setup... if it were smart, I would tell him to get a single... it just doesn't make sense for what he is trying to accomplish... sorry for being a dick, but it is a waste for him to go that direction... IMO

I still love you

Hell, I ran a single for 99% of my riding life....

just about the only major diff between his setup and my setup would be that he has 62t cylinders. im running a single 48 on 61x cylinders. i guess im just not seeing what is so "smart" about duals vs singles. its not a waste of money in that he can sell his dual 38's and make his money back. if he was racing, id say go for the duals. i assumed that hes freestlye/freeriding since he posted in this section. in that case, with his setup, id recommend a single 48. no biggie and i still love you too, nick.

so anyone who disagrees with you has nothing worthwhile to say?

thats not how it works in the states.
its more about putting up the b/s flag after i said something and not backing it up with anything
Disagreeing is fine i dont mind that
But If the guy is asking questions then dont just say b/s to some ones posts
try to back your self up with facts

If you are looking for a chinpad for your umi pole consider the one that comes stock on an octane. Wamiltons has them cheap.
