opinions?

whats up. this is my first post, been coming to this site for ab 6 months now and just want to say thanks for all the help and knowledge so far. anyway, I bought a SN superjet in april and fell in love with the sport instantly, coming from a MX background I was skeptical but its becoming a hard decision choosing now lol. My buddy bought a sj a month ago and his has a 701 with B pipe and 44 carbs. mine is a 650. once I rode his I knew the 701 was happening soon. I figured I could do the swap with like 300-400 out of pocket after selling the 650. BUTTTTT......now I think I am just going to sell mine and get this guys. My friend needs a trailer so he will give me $300 for it, I figure for the same out of pocket costs I can get the 701 but go from 91 to 97. what do you guys think? here is mine, here is the one Im looking at.1.PNG 1.PNG 2.PNG 3.PNG 4.PNG http://wilmington.craigslist.org/boa/5243361314.html

Im always learly of boats that have been repainted. They could be polished turds. For example, most years of the round nose superjet the paint peels off the hood. My 04 peeled and my 08 replacement hood that had been repaknted before i got it peeled. Thats an older model and i believe they held up better. Ask how the work was done.

That is the going rate for a clean running superjet in my area. Not sure about the prices in yours. Its a tough decision to buy a modified boat as work and tuning may be bad, however, with the price of factory pipes and etc, if you can find a boat with a b pipe, girdled head, prop and some other parts, assuming it is in good running condition, you could be money ahead in the long run on a boat with more parts, or all those parts could break and you could be money behind.. You just have to decide what is the better investment for you and how you want to spend your money.

With all of that said, i paid $2800 for my rn all stock and it wasnt as nice as that one. I ride a limited now, but put in ypur shoes, i would seriously consider that boat. I would not put money into the square if you have the money for what yoj really want. You wont get the money back out of the square.

That RN is being sold by Gunner_626 on here. He is the organizer of the Carolina Beach Freeride and is a great guy. I highly doubt he has anything to hide. Come to the ride this upcoming weekend and pick it up!

I would recommend a test ride even if it does not have turf. Just to make sure it runs good and doesn’t “just need carb work” as the old saying goes. If it runs good “in the water” you can’t go wrong with that buy.
