Opions and help with 701 to 760 stroker conversion

This kinda came along without much planning because I just stumbled and jumped on a sweet deal for the parts to convert a 701cc 61x cylinder to a big bore 760 61x cylinder.

The motor setup I have right now is a 62T 4mm stroker. In order to clear the extra crank throw, the domes on this motor must be cut deeper. So what I'm thinking and what like to try and do is when I build this 760 is to use a spacer to clear the crank instead of cutting another set of domes. Would this be a good option or would it just add more risk with the added gaskets used?

Another thing I'm wondering is I bought a 61x cylinder with the stock sleeves already dropped but thats as far as its at right now. Im going to need the cylinder bored for the new sleeves and then set and since Im running a 4mm stroked crank, the sleeves will need to be ported as well, correct? If Im missing any steps or anything let me know because I have not done this before. I bought this ski with this motor.

Just need more brap!:brap:

Typically stroker base plates will mostly be only used for high RPM port timing and/or for monster strokers (just to get them to fit). Depending on the brand of sleeve you are using...it make a big difference as to what the installed height is related to the port mapping w/4mm stroker. Most strokers for superjets will have the piston come out the top deck and custom domes machined.

I'm not familiar with the wsm sleeves, I never have used them. Are they a replacement sleeve for the 760? I know that L.A. sleeves are not very good to use for Big Bore kits or for building strokers, in IMO for freestyle powerband. Race Superstock engines, fine...NW sleeves or from what I understand w/Randy's sleeves(Watcon) are very good too, R&D sleeves are hard to get and are way overpriced @ 175 ea. 'Bitchen' sleeve just not worth it.
