Custom/Hybrid Ordered my XFS-R 1100 today..

Ordered my Rickter XFS-R today. Its an XFS with the XFR tray but without the added weight of the XFR. I ordered it with the Ninja Foot Holds as well. I wasnt sure on the engine and pump so I decided to try the 10 mm Dasa 1100 with a solas mag 144. I'm freakin excited as hell for this thing. Anybody out there with this package?

I couldn't strongly recommend enough you get a set-back 148, Also If you ordered it from Rickter, My buddy has an XFR and I love it, You might want to PM him (truerider) he had some issues with his order, I believe it took him almost a year to get it but its a very nice ski, you will be happy!!

Yeah Brian is building it. I was told prob be a couple weeks for the hull but 6 to 8 weeks on the motor, but I don't really need it till April.

Not a second mortgage. It's definatly an investment but the rickters seem to do well on the resell market versus some of the other after market hulls

i would also suggest a 148! brian stocks a lot of motors. hard to keep them all in stock though.

you really need to look into the 148 A buddy build an XFS last year, could not get it to work with smaller pumps. went to a 148 and all his issues got worked out. He was only running around a 900cc Cast DASA Cylinder.

Im not really understanding your post. Are you saying you are running an 1100?

He's currently running the 920 w/144. New setup waiting on his bench is the 1100 w/148. I think he's saying the 144 was a weak point on the 920, and would definitely be a weak point with the 1100 so he's stepping it up with the new engine.
