Ordering from Thrust Innovations

I am wondering if anyone has ordered from them lately. I know they are short staffed. I ordered a crank 4 weeks ago and haven't received confirmation or any shipping info. I also read something on here about them being hacked? any help would be appreciated.
 
I just got a shipping email this morning for a few parts. I did order them about 3-4 weeks ago also... Just email Brian and ask if he needed anything else from you and just check in! I hate to bother people though so I keep contact to a minimum most of the time haha

Let me know your name for the order and I will check on it ?we did have several orders back to back on cranks and I have one open for Everet . This crank just came back instock yesterday from back order . So if that is you your order is leaving today . Feel free to email us direct will be the quickest way to get correct info .
We had no hacking someone I believe was trying to start some stuff but I inquired with said poster with no response from him/her and we scanned our system 2x and nothing was showing

That sure is my order, please ignore the canceling order email from a few days ago. Just wanted to make sure my money wasn't being lost. I appreciate the hospitality from people on this forum. Thank you thrust for the quick response. look forward to future business.

Just following up on this...

* Emailing info@thrustinnovations.com returns a "mailbox full" error.
* Calling gets a message indicating that phone calls won't be directly answered because of short staff, supplier shortages, etc. and if you want a call back you have to leave a message... but the voicemail box is full, too.

Maybe it's a Monday thing? I'll try sending an email again later today/tomorrow but if that also bounces, then what?
