Ok, this is rediculous. I know Butch is a good guy and all but for someone not to return calls or emails is just not good business. He has alot of my money and I want at least a phone call to let me know whats up with this ski getting shipped. Its been a month now I believe and I need some answers!!!!

Mike I completely agree with you. Everyone keeps coming on here saying Butch is a great guy and not to worry about it which is absolutely true. It's not like he would ever run with your money, but that blows me away that someone can't return phone calls or emails. It doesn't make it any better that you are in the desert with limited time to make phone calls and use the internet.

Someone came on yesterday and said they had spoke to Butch 10min ago. I just don't understand why he hasn't returned any of your messages. :dunno:

Either way it will all work out Mike, but I see where your coming from.

mike, i know butc but i agree with you. you deserve a phone call or email back. i mean, how long would it take... 5 min? Butch is a really good guy though and i can not see him ever ripping somone off. he knows way to many people and is really really involved with the sport. he is also good friends with paul lehr. when i talked to him the other day he was really busy and he has not been on the boards. he will take care of you. dont worry!:biggthumpup:

I just got an email from my wife and she had a long talk with Butch. She explained someting major did come up and he is trying to get straightened back out.
Butch, I will pm and email you the shipping info again but i need your email address. I must of deleted it. I hope everything works out for you.
