Paint Schemes and Ideas (wanted)

I'm painting my SJ and would like some ideas from all you creative folk. Looking for drawings or pics.

When I was looking for paint ideas I started searching for rc cars paint jobs. Some of thoes have some pretty awsome paint. I found a pretty awsome devil tail flame job and traced it right off of the screen to jet ski picture.. It worked out pretty good I just need to finish the ski so I can paint it..

go to xft's website, print out about ten of their blank templates, grab a pencil and go to town.

or if you have a stock hood and nosepeice, do what I did a few years ago and take a full picture of your ski, put it on your computer, trace it with paint or a like program so you just have the outline, and print out 10 copies and play with it till you get something you like.

I just painted my ski a yellowish gold flake, and I put some red decals on and I think the combo looks really sweet with the 2 colors. Red, goldish, and black are good imo.

the idea of taking a pic of your ski and uploading it into paint it the best, i think you shold paint it green and black with a big KAWASAKI sticker right on the side:biggthumpup: ...............haha

Hmm..... That....is a pretty neat idea. How about painting it Yellow and Black and putting a big azz Suzuki sticker on the side with RM701 on it!! :arms:

Or ...orange, and putting some big KTM stickers on it with SX701

I printed out a pile of copies of a picture of my sj. Pencil crayons and some pot are your best friends.

Caem up with several schemes. Still not decided on final colours but the ski will include a pissload of metal flake, with a different colour hull than topdeck. Should look sweet.

haha i would like to see that done, definetly be something different. if you wanted to get real tricky paint it blue and yellow and put Husqvarna stickers on it, i think that would be called a CR 701 :biggthumpup:

I say paint it to look like a set of teeth clamped together (upper and lower meets at the rails) and have it look like a set fo teeth wired shut..............
