Does anyone have a better way to strip paint off my ski then sanding for hours. Will paint striper work or is that to much for a ski.

use a palm sander...works wonders for me

You can use paint stripper because it is gel coat safe but will soften bare fiberglass. but if it was painted on top of good gelcoat it is safe just used some the other day with no problems...

I wouldnt use stripper because your not stripping to bare metal like on a car fender. The stripper will soak all the way to the fiberglass and make a mess. I would just use a orbital air sander.
