That is not true if you have the right gear on.
I grew up surfing here, snow, rain, winter.
I just wore a 6mil suit or dry suit, I have pics
of walking threw 2 foot of snow to go surfing. :headbang:

Lake Erie, 37 degrees, dry suit... We do it every spring. Thinking about hitting it this weekend.

By May, 55-60. Not bad at all. maybe warmer. :biggthumpup:

i WENT OUT THREE WEEKS AGO WATER WAS 56 DEGREES.Not in the ocean though.Not bad at all.Felt good to ride agin.Goin to be 75 this weekend.Goin to hit it all weekend.

I have never riden out of there. It is between 3-4 hours. I keep my Morgan in Rock Hall MD but have never made it down that far. I think i feel a weekend trip comming on.

I will be at petes clinic on the :Banane01: 6th what weekend are you going?
