I order a several items from them online a few weeks ago. (bilge bracket, hose, boots, gloves, jets etc...) When I ordered on line I selected the wrong color for the gloves. Called them the next day and they found my order and corrected it. I recieved my order and I found the boots and gloves were too big. I called Parker and told them I would like to do exchange. I wasn't able to exchange the boots because the manufacturer doesn't make a smaller size. So I decided to exchange them for my husband's size. I didn't know if he needed an XXL or XL. The nice customer service rep. went through the inventory and measured both sizes for me so I could choose. Most folks would have just told me what the size charts states and leave it at that. Thank You Parker Yamaha going the extra mile.

They can be hit or miss. I have had good luck with them over the years, use to deal with them when they were called Sunburst Performance (Think that was the name)

The issue with that company is most of their products aren't in stock(yet their prices are cheap). In addition, they take forever to ship sometimes(it took almost 3 weeks to get my slippery wetsuit back in 05). So, like BK said, hit or miss.
