Apply three thin coats to both the hull and the turf. You need to let it completely dry between coats.

Use a heat gun to stretch around footholds (you are putting in footholds - right?) I can help you if you need. Dont let the turf get too hot, just enough to move around

I really do need to do some holds on my SJ this year. I could definitely use some help since ive never worked with fiberglass. the turf was going to be for another ski though

I use the dap Weldwood in the tray area but on the rails ( if your turfing the rails) its so much easier to use the 3m backed one. cut to fit, peel back the protective paper, warm up lightly and carefully stick down then use a roller to roll it tight. Its faster, Works great, no messy glue have done it on skis that lasted years.
But i have done rails with Weldwood too works great just takes a little longer prepping n applying glue
