I've had a paypal business account for almost 20 years. Never had any problems and I keep a few grand in it all the time.
I use to to take the few credit card payments a year we get and use it for ebay once or twice a year to sell left over parts from job.
I did get a 1099 from them last year for the stuff I sold on ebay but who cares I get 1099 from subs all the time.
